As far as I know, there is only 1 route that doesn't give you the image at the end of Day 2. Did you purchase the NSFW edition for $5? If you did, did you make sure to enable NSFW content at the beginning when prompted?

So long as you don't choose the path that leads you to going to the arcade with Sol, you should encounter another NSFW scene at the end of day 2.

Sorry if you already figured it out, but you'll need to choose "Call Sol Over" when in the hallway with your friends so that Hyugo and Geo interact. Then, when it's time to choose who to go with, go with the group. When you talk to Geo now and select "I have some questions" Your MC asks him about Hyugo which unlocks the 3rd CG of him.
